The comfortably furnished vacation apartment is located in Haus St. Sebastian on the southern outskirts of Reit im Winkl. The vacation apartment has a double bed, a rustic dining set, comfortable TV chairs and a modern bathroom with ground-level shower. The small kitchen is fully equipped: Refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
The west-facing, fully furnished balcony is the right place for breakfast, sunbathing, relaxing or to end the day in the evening.
The parking lot is directly in front of the house, a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The idyllic village center with many restaurants and lovely stores can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. In winter, a free ski bus runs from the apartment house to the gondola lifts in the nearby district of Seegatterl; from there, the gondola lift takes you to the Winklmoos-Steinplatte ski area. Many hiking and biking trails as well as ski trails through beautiful nature start just a stone's throw away right behind the house.
Coin-operated washing machine, dryer and a storage room for skis and bicycles are available in the shared cellar.
