The holiday flat "Lea-Stübchen" is located in the beautiful centre on the first floor of Haus Sonnenschein and impresses with a fantastic view of the village and the nearby Kaisergebirge from the spacious south-west balcony. On this balcony you can make yourself comfortable on cosy garden furniture in the evening and watch the setting sun. Located at Primelweg 6, in a quiet cul-de-sac, the village centre is within easy walking distance. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops, invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Hikers will also get their money's worth here, as many of the trails start directly in the centre. The flat has a cosy living room with a fully equipped combined kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, which offers the same beautiful view as the balcony and access to it. The dining area and the comfortable sitting area in the living room invite you to spend relaxing evenings. Furthermore, the flat has a TV, radio, telephone and free W-LAN.
