Sie verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche und Essbereich,  1 Badezimmer mit WC und Badewanne , 1 separater Dusche mit WC , 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (180 x 200 m) und 1 Bettcouch im Wohnzimmer.  Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Von der Wohnung gelangt man direkt auf die Terrasse mit Bergblick.

TV, Internet und Carport sind vorhanden.

Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden.

Terrasse mit Gartenlounge und Garten, Gasgrill auf der Terrasse.

Visitor's tax per person/night throughout the year

Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of

100% and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from visitor's tax.

For severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 80-99%, the visitor's tax is half the amount.
