The spacious holiday chalet Unterberg21, built in 2023, is located just a few steps from the village centre of Reit im Winkl and just as close to the entrance to the panoramic hiking and winter sports area.

The Unterberg21 reinterprets the Alpine architectural style - it combines traditional materials and craftsmanship with modern design elements. Brushed larch wood defines the style of the house both inside and out, combined with hand-forged furnishing elements, antique furniture and luxurious fittings. In the heart of the Bavarian Alps, the Unterberg21 offers a perfect place to relax and feel good for lovers of nature and design alike. The special room concept in combination with the spacious terrace and the surrounding balcony offer wonderful views of the surrounding mountain panorama.

A generous 240 square metres of living space offers plenty of room and comfort for up to eight guests. The luxurious, open-plan kitchen with bar and large dining table is located on the ground floor. Large sliding doors lead out onto the sunny terrace and garden. The spacious living room on the upper floor, also with large sliding doors to the surrounding balcony, offers plenty of cosy seating, a large fireplace with a bench and impresses with its enormous ceiling height in the open beams of the roof truss. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest WC are spread over the two floors of the holiday chalet. The spacious and luxurious facilities are completed by a large Finnish sauna on the upper floor, the double garage with wallbox and the underfloor heating supplied by the local natural heating plant.
