Our family-friendly, well-kept farm is located in the quiet, sunny district of Birnbach with a wonderful view of the mountains.
On our sun terrace and unique sunbathing lawn, sun-seekers will get their money's worth. We offer beautiful holiday flats for two to four people. We are happy to provide a bread roll service. Our little guests can let off steam on the playground with swing and sandpit. In our spacious garden there is a barbecue area (hot stone) which every guest can use and let the day end comfortably.
Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes, e.g. to our own mountain pasture. For your bicycles and e-bikes there is a washing and parking place with charging possibility. Or how about boundless golfing pleasure? The cross-border 18-hole golf course is right next to the house. In winter, you will get your money's worth on the winter hiking trails. Sledding slope right by the house. The 1.5 km long toboggan run with refreshment facilities is only five minutes away from the house. There is also a good restaurant in the immediate vicinity. There is enough space for your ski equipment in the ski room incl. boot dryer.
