Tour description:
From the starting point take Tiroler Straße in the direction of the town center and then left along Birnbacher Straße to the viewing platform. Via the Scheffelsteig trail to the Kriegerkapelle chapel. Then via Amthorsteig trail to the Eckkapelle chapel, path no. 20. Continue to Walmberg (view of Lake Chiemsee) path no. 5. The descent is to Pötschbichl (path 61) from there via the town center back to the starting point.

From Munich or Innsbruck on the federal autobahn Rosenheim - Innsbruck (A93) to Oberaudorf (exit no. 59). Continue to Walchsee, Kössen and Reit im Winkl.
