Our cosy holiday home, lovingly furnished in country house style, is located on a wonderfully quiet south-facing slope at the entrance to the village for your most beautiful days of the year. From the balcony of your holiday flat you have a view of the unique mountain and ski village of Reit im Winkl, embedded in a magnificent mountain panorama.
From Haus Kunz it is only a few steps to countless hiking trails, daily groomed cross-country ski runs and the ski slopes in the Blindau district of Reit im Winkl. Shopping facilities and refreshments in traditional country inns with their beer gardens, as well as the bus stop to the Winklmoos-Steinplatte skiing and hiking area and the free local bus, are only a few minutes' walk away.

Take advantage of the benefits of the inclusive card, free services, and discounts even on the day of arrival (e.g., free ride up to the Winklmoos-Alm, participation in guided hikes, etc.). Please ask your landlord for the inclusive card upon arrival!

Visitor's tax per person/night throughout the year

Adults *                                                     3.00 euros

Children and young people**                 1.50 euros

Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of

100% and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from visitor's tax.

For severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 80-99%, the visitor's tax is half the amount.
