From the balcony of your holiday flat you have a view of the unique mountain and ski village of Reit im Winkl, embedded in a magnificent mountain panorama.

From Haus Kunz it is only a few steps to countless hiking trails, daily groomed cross-country ski runs and the ski slopes in the Blindau district of Reit im Winkl. Shopping facilities and refreshments in traditional country inns with their beer gardens, as well as the bus stop to the Winklmoos-Steinplatte skiing and hiking area and the free local bus, are only a few minutes' walk away.
