Regular events of the kids programme summer / autumn 2022
Check the calendar of events for all family related activities and details. There is an online registration form for some of the activities (German language only), but you can always contact our staff in the tourist information to sign up.
Waldschnecken
Capturing the magic forest, collecting little treasures, making little handicrafts - experiencing a day full of nature impressions, without parents.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, for kids from 3 to 8 years. Registration is needed, either in the tourist information or online.
Free with the Reit im Winkl inklusiv Card.
Walderlebnis Tour
Action and adventure with GPS Rallye, building cable car bridges, zipline and flying fox, abseiling and a lot more.
Parents on request, mostly for kids from 8 to 18 years. On Tuesdays - registration is required.
Free with the Reit im Winkl inklusiv Card.
Forest Days - Waldtage
In early summer and autumn there is a joint program for children between the ages of 3 and 18 and their parents. Nature is exciting and varied in every season, just like the children's program in Reit im Winkl.
Every Tuesday or Thursday, registration required at the Tourist Info or online.

Action White Water Rafting (with costs)
With big rafts on the Großache (white water river) starting in Kössen! For kids from the age of 8 years, parents are only allowed in company of their children.
On Tuesdays from July to September. Registration and payment in the Tourist Information.
Street Festival (free)
Every other Wednesday in July and August, in the center of Reit im Winkl starting at 6 pm. With bouncy castles, fire shows, music and much more. For parents and kids.
Torch walking tour (with costs)
A walk through the night with BBQ at the campfire and a lot of surprises. For children starting at the age of 6 years, registration needed.

Baby buggy- and play-path
A wonderful path in the forest, appropriate for buggies - at the outskirts of Reit im Winkl.
1.8 km or 5 km long, with almost no ascent or descent, with a lot of different and exciting play stations for climbing, playing and romping around. Start at the Festsaal / football stadium.
Playgrounds
There are playgrounds at the corner Dorfstraße/ Am Hauchen as well as in Klausenbergweg in Blindau.
Horse Riding
There are possibilities for horse riding at Berghotel Birkenhof and at eco farm Beim Draxl.

Outdoor swimming pool
Schwimmbadstraße 15 in Reit im Winkl. Entrance is free with your Reit im Winkl inklusiv Card if you find the swimming pool icon on your guest card, depending on the conditions of your host.
