Tour description:
From the starting point, path no. 11 to Scheibelberg, continue in the direction of Möseralm. From here upwards in the direction of Kammerköhr then turn right to the Stallenalm.
Continue to the Grünwaldalm and in the direction of the Wermeteigenalm - turn left at the signpost and climb to the Wieslochsteig. Then over boulders up to the Steinplatte.
From the summit of the Steinplatte back along the wide path, past a snow-making pond and the "Triassic Park" to the Möseralm. Then take the ascent back to the Winklmoos Alm.
Special features: Triassic Park, viewing platform on the Steinplatte, places to stop for refreshments

Arrival by car
Coming from Munich or Salzburg on the Budesautobahn Munich - Salzburg (A8 to Grabenstätt exit no. 109), continue in the direction of Marquartstein and on the well-developed German Alpine Road (B305) to Reit im Winkl.
At the entrance to the village (Entfelden) in the direction of Ruhpolding, approx. 5 km to the Seegatterl district, then via the toll road from Seegatterl to the Winklmoos Alm. Parking: -Klammweg, 83242 Reit im Winkl.
From Munich or Innsbruck on the federal autobhan Rosenheim - Innsbruck (A93) to Oberaudorf (exit no. 59), further to Walchsee, Kössen and Reit im Winkl. Continue on the B 305 to Ruhpolding for approx. 5 km to the Seegatterl district, then via the toll road from Seegatterl to the Winklmoos Alm. Parking: -Klammweg, 83242 Reit im Winkl.
Arrival by public transport
Connections to Reit im Winkl from Prien am Chiemsee train station (best bus connection!).
Take the RVO bus line 9505 to Tourist Info, then change to line 9507. Winklmoos-Alm stop.
Connections to Reit im Winkl from the Ruhpolding train station with the RVO bus line 9506. Change in Seegatterl line 9507 to the Winklmoos-Alm. Winklmoos-Alm stop.
