The bathing area attracts with several saunas, relaxation room with bunks and trendy hanging chairs, whirlpool, indoor and year-round heated outdoor pool.
In addition to selected tea specialties, the tea bar will spoil you with a selection of juices and nut mixes. You will find cozy places in the hotel garden with comfortable sun loungers and a Kneipp basin for your health.
In our NaturReich wellness oasis you can experience individual and natural beauty care with fresh and organic-certified products. The wellness massages offered are pure luxury for body and soul and pamper you with mountain herbs, aromatic oils or Ayurvedic herbal oils.
The fine cuisine offers regional and international delicacies, and we also serve fine wines from our vinotheque in our restaurant, which is adapted to the spirit of the times. A popular meeting point is our large terrace and the outdoor lounge area in front of the modern hotel bar, where we serve homemade cakes in the afternoon and delicious cocktails in the evening under airy sun sails.
With our golf carts, golfers can drive directly to the golf course in Reit im Winkl. Green fee reductions are available at the Reit im Winkl Golf Club and the Kaiserwinkl Golf Club Kössen. In the winter months, the access to the cross-country ski trails and the bus stop from where you start into the Winklmoos-Alm / Steinplatte ski area can be easily reached in a few minutes. Well-kept winter hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of our house.
As our house guest, you have the opportunity to decide on a daily basis whether you prefer half-board or choose from our extensive à la carte menu.
Half-board cannot be booked over Christmas / New Year's Eve. From December 24th to January 6th, our guests dine à la carte.
There is space for up to 200 guests in the various rooms, such as the fireplace room, vinotheque, old hall, veranda or leather room.

Outdoor dining area
The spacious sun terrace on the southwest side of the hotel offers space for 120 people.
We serve breakfast here for our hotel guests. Airy sun sails and the lounge area under the shady chestnut tree also invite people passing by to linger.
In the afternoon we particularly recommend the homemade cream puffs - a sweet specialty of the Unterwirt.
Hotel bar
Delicious drinks in an elegant atmosphere: Leonardo's hotel bar with lounge area is recommended as a meeting point for your aperitif or for a lively evening with family or friends. Sports fans can watch sports events live on television or ckeck the football results in good company.
We plan celebrations and conferences individually according to your wishes. The conference room can accommodate up to 25 people. The new meeting room directly behind the hotel bar is recommended as a group room for around 8 people.
