Haus Simonbauer is located in Reit im Winkl in the Unterbichl district. Our family-friendly farmhouse (former farm) in a quiet, sunny location with wonderful mountain views, guarantees you pure relaxation. We offer two two-room holiday flats on the 1st floor. There is enough space for two to four people. The lovingly furnished flats with solid wood furniture and parquet flooring are allergy-friendly and an ideal place to feel good and relax. The living room has a double sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchenette and a TV. A separate double room with shower/WC can be booked in addition to the flats. Furthermore, free W-Lan access to the internet is available, you only need your laptop. In summer, our sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities is at your disposal. Haus Simonbauer is also a perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. The Reit im Winkl golf course is in the immediate vicinity and theLocal bus stop is right outside the front door. This means you can easily get to all the cross-country ski runs and enjoy the fun on the slopes without a care in the world.
