Hiking and biking trails, cross-country skiing trails, winter hiking trails, toboggan run, the Benzeck lifts, which you can use free of charge, and a children's playground are in the immediate vicinity. In the nearby Semmelhäusl you can get everything you need for breakfast. We are happy to offer you our free bread roll service.
Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free or discounted services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. You also receive a 50% discount on the 3-hour ticket at Vita-Alpina in Ruhpolding.
We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (€1.00 contribution towards costs).
You can participate free of charge in all Reit im Winkl inclusive offers, e.g. themed hikes, Kids aktiv outdoor programme, Waldschnecken, street festivals and Almwochen.
Our friendly, bright and quiet holiday flat with large covered balcony terrace invites you to a relaxing holiday. If you wish, you can rent a second bedroom with shower WC, which is located directly next to the flat, in addition to the holiday flat. Our two-room flat thus becomes our three-room flat.
