Our well-kept house, in the Birnbach district, is situated in a prime, sunny south-facing slope with an unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser. You will find a cosy home with us. The family-run house offers you: Two-room flats and comfort double rooms with small kitchen. Linen is provided, you don't need to bring anything with you. A special feature are our spacious, secluded balconies, which guarantee peace and relaxation. Here you can enjoy the wonderful view. If you feel like it, we have a barbecue at your disposal. Our little guests are very welcome, with games, vehicles and trampoline they can have fun. Up to the age of 6, your little ones are free with us. Reductions for mountain railways and events. With the guest card you can park free of charge in the village and use the ski bus in winter. In winter, a toboggan run leads from our nearby alpine pasture into the valley. Drying room for clothes and shoes is available. You are welcome to use the lounge with its large terrace and garden for breakfast, snacks, dinner and celebrations. Dishwasher available! Ideal for families and groups. Two recommendable restaurants are located 3 and 10 minutes' walk from us, where your culinary wishes will also be fulfilled. You are welcome to use our guest W-LAN free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
