Our family-run guesthouses Haus Schwemmbauer and Haus Resi, which we have been operating for almost 50 years and are now in the second generation, are located in the Reit im Winkler district of Groißenbach. It is only a few minutes' walk from us to the centre of the village or to the Tourist Info!
Our seven holiday flats (for 2-5 persons), No. 1,5,6,7 and now also No. 8 with a **** and *****Sternen classification and the three double rooms are partly designed in an alpine style, but also modern with a lot of love for detail and are constantly being renovated. Many carvings, furniture and wooden details stand out - they are individually made by the landlord - that's why there is a lot of heart and soul in the furnishings.
In summer, we are the ideal starting point for easy hikes, full-day tours or a detour into the high mountains. Tennis courts, a supermarket and the outdoor swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity.
In winter, the cross-country skiing trails and winter hiking paths start directly behind our houses, but also the shuttle bus to the gondola lift or to the Winklmoos/Steinplatte skiing area and the local bus stop are opposite (only in winter!).
Our houses also offer drinks sales and bread roll service, as well as a free W-LAN hotspot, heated ski rooms with ski boot heaters and, of course, free parking at the house.
As guests of our houses, you will receive a guest card with many free services for your holiday in addition to our own services!
Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee.
We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (€1.00 contribution towards costs).
As nature is also very close to our hearts, we heat our houses with "natural heat" (central wood chip heating plant) and operate a solar and photovoltaic system, as well as a heat pump in the Resi house. We look forward to your visit! Your family Schwemmbauer
