Am Waldbahnhof 7, 83242 Reit im Winkl On the southern outskirts of Reit im Winkel, directly at the confluence of the black and white Lofer rivers, you will find the well-kept St. Sebastian apartment complex. Our holiday flat, partially renovated in August 2019, is located on the 1st floor and offers 4-6 people the ideal holiday home in the beautiful Chiemgau Alps - whether in winter skiing in the Winkelmoos-Steinplatte ski area or in summer hiking or swimming in the Weitsee lake. On 63 sqm, the smart cut of the holiday flat allows space for two separate bedrooms in addition to a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. Since there is a foldaway bed in the living room that can accommodate two more people, the apartment can be occupied by up to six people. Pets are also welcome. The flat has been in our family since it was built. Three generations have already spent their holidays here in summer, autumn and winter. As children, we learned to ski on the snowy slopes and played by the river behind the house. Now we are gradually renovating this place that means so much to us. One or two personal furnishings are therefore reminiscent of good old times. Facilities: Living room: dining area, couch set, wardrobe double bed, flat screen TV (cable connection, smart TV), access to the balcony (two garden chairs, small table + two chairs) Bedroom 1: one double bed Bedroom 2: two single beds Kitchen: small but fully equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, 4-plate cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, numerous kitchen utensils Bathroom: shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer Internet: Access to W-LAN is available upon check-in The St. Sebastian apartment complex offers free parking directly in front of the house, ski cellar, lift and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer. A bus stop (in winter also ski bus) is in the immediate vicinity, as is the entrance to the cross-country skiing and hiking trail network of the region. A well-stocked supermarket is less than a three-minute walk away, and the village centre with its numerous shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in ten minutes.
