The 85 m² flat is located on the 2nd floor of the house "St. Sebastian" in the district of Groißenbach. It was taken over by us in 2013, renovated and furnished in a modern style. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, offer space for 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster...) and a dining area are integrated in the spacious living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub including shower, washbasin and toilet. The south-facing balcony offers an unobstructed view of Lofer below, the west-facing balcony offers a view of the centre of Reit im Winkl and the "Zahmen Kaiser". W-LAN can be used free of charge. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer as well as a storage room for skis and bicycles are available in the communal cellar. The bus stop for the trip to Seegatterl (Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte valley station) is right outside the door. Opposite you will also find a Penny market, drinks market, tennis and squash courts as well as an entrance to the cross-country skiing network. The golf course can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, the Walchsee in about 15 minutes.
We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (€1.00 contribution towards costs).
