The "Moritz" holiday flat, which was thoroughly renovated in 2021 and has been awarded four stars, is located in the heart of Reit im Winkl on Tiroler Straße. With furnishings made entirely of Swiss pine and old wood, the modern flat radiates a feeling of well-being. The cross-country skiing stadium, the festival hall and the ski bus stop are in the direct vicinity, as are many shopping facilities and restaurants.

The modern kitchen is also the dining room and is equipped with everything your heart desires. The living room invites you to spend relaxing evenings with a comfortable sofa and a modern flat-screen TV and offers direct access to the furnished terrace and the sunny garden, which awaits you with deck chairs. The flat has a separate bedroom and a small separate children's room with a single bed. WC and shower are in two bathrooms. In addition, a parking space, a storage room and a washing machine in the cellar are available for the guests.

The village centre with all facilities is about a 4-minute walk away. The sports field, outdoor pool, playground, spa park, restaurants, banqueting hall and tourist information are in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the view of the Wilder Kaiser, the quiet location and the proximity to nature. Hikers will also get their money's worth, as many of the tours start virtually on the doorstep. The centre of Reit im Winkl is also within easy walking distance and invites you to take a leisurely stroll.
