Located in the picturesque centre of Reit im Winkl, the "Lobenhofer" holiday flat is in Haus Sonnenschein and impresses with a fantastic view of the village and the nearby Kaisergebirge mountains from the sunny, furnished balcony.
The flat offers space for up to three people, was completely renovated and redesigned in 2013 and convinces with modern furnishings. The living room has a dining area, a cosy seating area, a sofa bed and direct access to the spacious furnished east-facing balcony. This offers enough space and invites you to enjoy a sunny breakfast on warm mornings. The new kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed welcomes you and guarantees a restful sleep. The bathroom is completely new and has a toilet and a ground-level shower. Furthermore, our guests are free to use WLAN, telephone, TV and radio.
In addition, many extras such as sauna, solarium, sunbeds, table tennis table, children's playroom, washing machine, ski rack and electric boot dryer are at your disposal in Haus Sonnenschein.Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the centre of the village can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Hikers will also get their money's worth here, as many of the trails start directly in the centre.
