All linen is provided. Very nice children's playground in the immediate vicinity. Ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours. In winter, access to the network of cross-country ski trails (80 km) and hiking trails directly at the house. Starting point to the high-altitude ski hiking area Hemmersuppenalm (1200 m) and to the 4 km long toboggan run. Two children's ski lifts are within walking distance. The stop for the free ski bus is only 3 minutes away.
