Located in the centre of Reit im Winkl on the ground floor, the "Fleck" holiday flat offers approx. 70m² of space for a maximum of three people and is perfect for guests who do not want to do without comfort and luxury on holiday.
The living room has a leather corner seat in the bay window and is equipped with a modern leather couch, which offers additional sleeping space, as well as a cable TV, a stereo system and a DVD player. Furthermore, there is an electric fireplace in the room, which provides for relaxing evenings, especially in winter. Next door there is a separate toilet and a fully equipped fitted kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. A spiral staircase leads down to the basement, where you will find the bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The flat also has a modern bathroom and a south-facing furnished terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and invites you to linger at any time. In addition, a sauna, a lounge, a ski room, free Wi-Fi and a private garage parking space are available for our guests.
The centre of Reit im Winkl, as well as some shopping facilities, can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Hikers will also get their money's worth here, as many of the trails start directly in the centre.
We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (€1.00 contribution towards costs).
