This consists of a dining area and a comfortable couch and is also equipped with cable TV, DVD player and a stereo system. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower, a toilet, a washstand and a towel radiator. In addition, electric underfloor heating has been installed, which makes for a special feeling of well-being. The extremely modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob (4 cooking zones), oven, dishwasher and microwave. The flat also has a parking space in the garage and a sunny south-facing terrace with a covered outdoor seating area and sunbathing lawn.

The centre of the village as well as some shopping facilities are within walking distance. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Hikers will also get their money's worth here, as many of the trails start directly in the centre.
