Our spacious and comfortable two-room flat with east-facing balcony, newly renovated in 2022, is located on the southern edge of the village. Your car is safely parked in the underground garage, from where you can easily bring your skis or bicycles to your own lockable cellar room (incl. boot dryer and bicycle rack). There is a bus stop about 50 metres from the house. From here you can go directly to the skiing area Winklmoos-Alm- Steinplatte. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing trails and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. For the athletes among our guests, we offer additional amenities together with the municipality.
