Everyday essentials are just a short stroll away: grocery stores, a pharmacy, several medical practices, post office, beverage shop, and the “EinkaufsDorf Reit im Winkl” boutiques. The lively village center—with its rustic restaurants, cafés, bars, and a mini-golf course—invites you to wander, savor, and unwind.

“BergAuszeit” features one bedroom on the lower ground-floor that stays pleasantly cool in summer, plus a comfortable sofa bed for one to two additional guests. The sleek, modern kitchen sets the scene for cozy evenings, while the wonderful west-facing sun terrace with mountain views is perfect for slow breakfasts, afternoon coffee, or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the “Kaiser Mountains”. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave with an air fryer function, a stove with induction cooktop, and a fridge with freezer compartment.
The functional, contemporary bathroom offers a shower-tub combination, double sinks, and a toilet—ideal for multiple guests. An additional, generously sized guest WC is located on the main floor.
You’re welcome to store bicycles in the underground garage. At T&T Bike-Sports (in the T&T building), you’ll find a wide selection of rental bikes, including e-mountain bikes, step-through models, kids’ bikes, and accessories.
Skis and boots can be kept in a well-heated, dedicated ski room located just steps from the lower apartment entrance.
A washing machine is available on request.
For added comfort and relaxation, the in-house sauna with relaxation room (€5.00 per hour) is only a few steps away.
Families are warmly welcomed. Thoughtful amenities include a travel cot, toddler high chair, stair gate, socket covers, bed guard, children’s toilet seats, step stools, and a selection of board games.
