Our lovingly and comfortably furnished three-room apartment (with 2 bedrooms) is located in the Groißenbach district, with a wonderful view from the south-facing balcony, in the middle of hiking trails and is an ideal starting point for many activities in the "St. Sebastian" flat house. The village centre is about 10 minutes away on foot. A grocery shop is "around the corner" and the bus stop is virtually at the door. In winter, you can take the ski bus to the nearby Seegatterl district, from where the cable car takes you to the Winklmoos-Steinplatte ski area. Directly at the house you can enter one of the many cross-country ski runs and winter as well as summer hiking trails. There is room for your winter equipment in the ski cellar. There is also a parking space for your car and bicycle.
