Haus Julia in Reit im Winkl is a cosy flat house. It is very centrally located in the Dorfstraße and only about 2 minutes walk to the absolute centre of the village (bus stop, town hall, shopping facilities, ice cream parlour, mini golf course, etc.)! The ski school and the tourist information are only 100m away, the outdoor swimming pool 300m. Haus Julia has a total of seven studios and flats for 2-5 people. Each flat is comfortably furnished, has a smoke detector, kitchenette, dining area, shower/WC, cable TV, small stereo system, own wall safe, and south-facing terrace or balcony. The studios type A (living/bedroom with double bed plus additional sofa bed) are suitable for 2 persons with max. 1 child. The flats type B have an additional bedroom for 2 (possibly 3 persons), as well as a double sofa bed and dining area in the living room. In summer, the garden behind the house invites you to social gatherings or you simply make yourself comfortable on the lawn. Haus Julia has a ski cellar and a beautiful new lounge with a cosy cellar bar and a guest fridge is available to our guests.
Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner-lessor/operator of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter. (€ 1,00 excess) From Mondays to Fridays you have the possibility to use the tennis courts of Harry's Tenniscamp free of charge (outdoor and indoor, all year round with tel. reservation).
