3G – dreiGiebel im Haus Lohrey
The Lohrey House in Blindau features three gables, each offering a unique view. Following renovation and modernisation, the newly constructed west gable (transverse gable) now houses a spacious, comfortable flat of approximately 120 m² with two balconies offering a stunning panoramic view of the Reit im Winkl mountains. The north gable (village gable) houses another spacious, family-friendly flat of 50 m² with a balcony overlooking Reit im Winkl.
In the south gable, modernisation in spring 2026 created another comfortable, family-friendly flat of 75 m² with a large south-facing balcony overlooking the Unterberg in Kössen.
On the top floor, there is a children’s playroom for board games, reading or simply relaxing.
There is also a comfortable apartment available on the 1st floor (Westside, approx. 40 m² with a large west-facing balcony) offering stunning views over the Reit im Winkl mountains.
From summer 2025, the spacious, comfortable ground-floor apartment (Bergzauber, approx. 130 m² with 2 terraces and a garden) will be part of our offering.
All gable-end flats and apartments are furnished in a well-maintained Bavarian country house style. The luggage room in the attic, equipped with an electric ski boot dryer, is available to all flats and apartments.
Dogs are permitted in all flats and apartments upon request.
