In the attic there are three bedrooms with double beds and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and shower at your disposal. On the ground floor there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. The entire house comprises approx. 130 m2 of living space. A garage or parking space outside is available for your car. The holiday home is suitable for up to 6 people and radiates cosiness and romance. The large terrace and the balcony on the ground floor offer you a fantastic view over Reit im Winkl to the mountains. W-LAN is at your disposal! The village centre is only 550m away. In the immediate vicinity you will find the open-air swimming pool, umbrella bar, indoor swimming pool, spa gardens, restaurants, cafés and ski schools.
