A trip to Salzburg is popular with many holidaymakers who spend a week or so in Reit im Winkl.

Whether a view from above from Mönchsberg or from Kapuzinerberg down to the old town, a walk along the Salzach river or a stroll through the shops, whether a visit to a coffee house or a museum: there are countless reasons to spend a day in bustling Salzburg.

The next day you can enjoy the peace and quiet in nature around Reit im Winkl all the more.

The old town of Salzburg is a world heritage site.

A stroll through narrow streets and up and down stairs, over Salzach bridges and across large squares will delight you for hours, with fortress and cathedral, churches and magnificent houses, with Salzach panorama and mountain views. Numerous museums turn even a rainy day into a fond memory.
