Lake Chiemsee with the famous Herrenchiemsee Castle can also be reached in about 30 minutes by car. In winter you can also ski for free on the Benz Eck lifts! It is only a few minutes' walk to the hiking trails and the cross-country skiing stadium with its wonderful trails. In summer as well as in winter, the ideal place to unwind or get active with mountain biking, hiking, mountaineering, climbing, Harry's tennis camp or golfing at the cross-border golf course Kössen. The cross-country skiing trails and hiking paths are right on the doorstep. The private, sunny and spacious roof terrace offers panoramic views of the majestic Kaiser Mountains and plenty of space for dining, barbecuing and lounging and features a dining table with chairs, sun loungers and a parasol. The cosy, fully equipped kitchen leads directly onto the roof terrace. The kitchen also has a pleasant dining area and table for 4 people. The master bedroom has a beautiful, large handmade rustic double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and the door leads you directly to the private roof terrace. The living room is furnished with leather armchairs and a sofa, satellite TV and a rustic day bed/double bed. Another unique feature is the bookable private wellness suite with sauna and whirlpool directly in the flat itself......the perfect place to relax and unwind. There are storage rooms for your luggage in the basement. Bicycles can be parked in the backyard.
