The Marietta holiday flat is in a quiet location at the beginning of a dead-end street. Nevertheless, you are not secluded here - the centre of Reit im Winkl with its many shopping opportunities, the festival hall and the cross-country stadium are only a few minutes' walk away. The nearest bus stop is at the Festsaal. From there you can easily get to the Seegatterl valley station, among other things. The flat on the 1st floor has a separate bedroom with two beds, a living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette with cooker, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Bedroom and living room are equipped with high-quality solid wood furniture. The bathroom was renovated in 2017. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth throughout the flat. From the balcony with south-west orientation you have a wonderful view of the Unterberg and the Kaisergebirge and can enjoy the sun almost the whole day. Of course, we offer you free W-LAN and a flat-screen TV with cable connection. A parking space is available for your car. You can store your ski equipment in the lockable ski room. The flat is suitable for up to two people.
