Attractively and comfortably furnished three-room holiday flat in the Groißenbach district. This is the ideal starting point for activities in all seasons. Hiking and cycling trails as well as cross-country skiing tracks lead past the house. The bus stop to the skiing area Winklmoos-Alm -Steinplatte and to the village centre is in the immediate vicinity. The village centre is only about 10 minutes away on foot. The grocery shop for daily needs including bread rolls and pretzels is less than fifty metres away.
There is space in the cellar for winter equipment and bicycles. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. There is enough space for the car in front of the house.
