The 1-room flat "Brückner" is located in the district of Groißenbach (10 minutes' walk to the centre) on the mezzanine floor of the quiet residential complex St. Sebastian and offers space for two people.

The flat has a living room, which is equipped with a comfortable sitting area, a sofa and a large double wardrobe bed. In addition, a large TV with cable connection, a DVD player and a radio are available for use in this room. The bathroom is equipped with an almost ground-level shower. The south-facing balcony is furnished with chairs and a parasol and invites you to linger and relax in any season. Furthermore, there are sufficient parking spaces available for our guests, as well as a bicycle room and a ski depot in the basement of the apartment complex.

The flat is especially characterised by its proximity to the Loferauen, an enchanting river and forest area, which invites you to hikes and walks. In addition, we can recommend a stroll through the charming village centre of Reit im Winkl, as the centre is within easy walking distance. The centre of Groißenbach, with all its facilities such as an open-air swimming pool and restaurants, is also just a short walk away. A supermarket and a bus stop to the Winkelmoos-Alm / Steinplatte skiing area, to the village or to Ruhpoldingen are right outside the front door. The entrance to the many cross-country skiing trails is less than 100 m from the house.
