Reit im Winkl counts on quality: Germany's 1st Premium Winter Hiking Trail

Get away from life’s hectic pace and renew your spirits amidst pristine nature, surrounded by the panorama of the Bavarian alps.

Reit im Winkl counts on quality:

The “German Hiking Trail Certification” makes the quality of a trail objectively measurable. An extensive list of criteria makes it possible to quantify the strengths and weaknesses of a hiking trail and does so objectively and precisely. It contains quality criteria for a comparable hiking infrastructure, which judges the trails, as well as the surrounding areas.
Get away from life’s hectic pace and renew your spirits amidst pristine nature, surrounded by the panorama of the Bavarian alps – that’s hiking in Reit im Winkl, not only in summer, but in winter when it snows.
